All monitored parameters have user-adjustable limits (high and low) to ensure your operation performs precisely to specification.
The Base Station also features an industry-standard RS232 port which can be connected to a PLC using a not included communication device to translate the data to the PLC’s native language; this allows the PLC to make decisions on whether to shutdown operations. The built-in relay can be used in NPN or PNP modes as an alternative method of stopping operations when the parameters of the tool fall outside set values.
As an added benefit, the user can rename sensors for easy identification.

Available in two Overview Versions:
Choose between two software models that have different home monitoring screens, that provide different overviews based on your needs.
Standard
Base-Sense-01:
The standard package will transmit data of tools set on the overview screen (max of 10 tools at one time) while the overview screen is being monitored, or a tool that has been selected to be monitored.
Storage
Base-Sense-02:
The Tool Storage Package transmits data for all 250 tools while monitoring any page of the storage screen. When monitoring a specific tool the unit will only transmit data from that specific tool.
